Organizer Terms & Conditions

1. You are expected to arrive to the venue on time for a hassle free process. The gates will be open from 05.30 PM. 2. You are requested to adhere to the booking bay/category for which you have booked the ticket 3. Audience shall not be entertained to switch bay/categories according to their choice. 4. The seats inside the bay/category shall be filled only on first come first serve basis. 5. This is a wrist band entry event. Any tampered wristbands will not be allowed. 6. Right of admission is allowed only to valid ticket holders. 7. Any extra cost spent over refreshments shall be bearable by the audience only. The ticket cost only covers the entry for the live show. 8. The Re-Sell of tickets are strictly Prohibited. All ticket will be rendered as invalid if resold. 9. No Refund shall be given once the payment is done. All Sales are Final no refunds or exchange allowed. 10. You are responsible for ensuring that your contact information (Such as email and personal detail provided at the time of purchase is correct and current/latest information. 11. We are not responsible where incorrect information result in an undelivered product . 12. Children 12 and above only are allowed with accompanied by a parent / legal guardian at all times and have purchased a valid ticket. 13. For successful transactions, booking confirmation with E-ticket will be delivered via email to the purchaser. 14. To any complications arising during the show, the decision of the event management shall be final and binding on all audiences. 15. Smoking and Consumption of alcochol is strictly prohibited inside the venue. 16. All your personal belongings shall be taken care by yourself only. The host is not responsible for any loss of your belongings. 17. Organisers reserve the right to perform entry check on audiences. If anybody is violating the rules, they shall be denied entry into the event. 18. Parking near the venue premises is at the risk of the vehicle owner. Organisers will not hold any responsibility for damage or theft of any vechicles. 19. Professional comeras and any form of recording instruments are not allowed inside the event. 20. The holder of the ticket hereby grant the organisers right to use your apperance in any channel for broadcast purposes. Covid 19 safety measures: 1. Wearing of face mask is required at all times at the performance venue. No Mask No Entry to be strictly followed. 2. Please consider your health condition prior to arriving at the venue on show day. If you are Covid positive, in quarantine for Covid or have been a close contact with a Covid positive person, or are displaying Covid 19 symptoms, please refrain from coming to the venue. 3. Your cooperation to arrive early at the venue will allow for a safe and smooth entry process. 4. It is mandatory to follow the government norms on Covid-19 to prevent the spread of disease in the course of event.
