COIMBATORE KIDS & FAM RUN 2026

1) 🌟 OUR CONCEPT This is a 100% Fun & Entertainment Run created especially for children and families. This event is NOT a competition. Our concept is “Every Kid is a Winner.” Every child who participates is considered a winner. Prizes, wherever applicable, are given only to encourage and motivate the children and should not be considered as a measure of a child's ability or superiority over another child.

2) 🏃 CATEGORY 1 – KIDS WITH FATHER / MOTHER - In this special category, children can participate along with their father or mother. - Parents are strictly not allowed to carry their children and run. - Each batch may have a minimum of 35 children, so parents must pay special attention to their child's safety. - Parents must run according to the child's pace. - Do not pull, push or force the child to run at the parent's speed. - This is a Special Category, as for many children this may be their first-ever running event. - Therefore, the child's safety, comfort and confidence are more important than speed or finishing position. - Parents are requested to encourage their children throughout the run and make the experience enjoyable.

3) 🏃 OTHER CATEGORIES - All other categories will have separate Boys and Girls runs. - These categories will be conducted in a single batch. - Participants are requested to avoid spike shoes as much as possible, as they may cause injury to other children during the run. - Please treat every participant as your own child and ensure that everyone gets a safe and enjoyable experience.

4) 💳 REGISTRATION & PAYMENT - Registration/payment once completed is strictly non-refundable. - Registration is non-transferable unless specifically permitted by the organizers. - By registering, participants/parents agree to follow all event rules and instructions.

5) 🌧️ WEATHER / EVENT POSTPONEMENT - In case of heavy rain or adverse weather conditions, the event may be postponed for the safety of all participants. - If the event is postponed, the revised date will be announced by the organizers at a later time. - Participants are requested to cooperate with the organizers in such circumstances.

6) 🚗 CAR PARKING - Car parking facilities are available around the ground/stadium premises. - Participants and parents are requested to park their vehicles safely in the designated/available parking areas. - Please ensure that your vehicle is properly locked. The organizers will not be responsible for loss, theft or damage to personal belongings/vehicles.

7) ⏰ EVENT TIMING - The event will begin at approximately 7:00 AM and is expected to conclude by 9:45 AM. - Parents are advised to bring snacks and necessary refreshments for children, especially for younger kids. - Please remain patient and cooperative throughout the event. Patience and cooperation will help us conduct the event smoothly.

8) 🛡️ SAFETY & DISCIPLINE - The entire event will be conducted under the supervision/control of the Police Department and event authorities. - Participants and parents are requested not to engage in unnecessary arguments, disputes or confrontations. - Please strictly follow the instructions of police personnel, organizers, volunteers, officials and medical/safety teams. - Any behaviour that affects the safety, discipline or smooth conduct of the event may result in removal from the event.

9) 🏆 JUDGE / OFFICIAL DECISION - The decision of the judges/event officials shall be final and binding. - Participants and parents are requested to respect the decisions of the officials and avoid unnecessary disputes.

10) ❤️ YOUR SUPPORT MATTERS Your support is one of the most important factors in making this event a success. We request every parent, guardian and participant to support us by cooperating with the organizers, encouraging every child and helping us create a safe, positive and memorable experience for all children.
