Courses, answered

Do my videos move to ticketprix?

No. Videos stay in your cloud account. ticketprix gets a limited role to upload, read for checks and create signed links.

Which clouds can I use?

Azure Blob Storage with Azure CDN or Front Door, Amazon S3 with CloudFront, and Google Cloud Storage with Cloud CDN. You can also link Vimeo, Mux, Cloudflare Stream or Bunny Stream.

Can I sell recorded live sessions as well?

Yes. Record a webinar, upload it as a lesson or a single-lesson course, and sell it like any other course.

Can learners download the videos?

No. Resources such as notes and worksheets can be downloaded. Videos play inside the ticketprix player.

What happens if I disconnect my cloud?

Videos stay where they are. Lessons stop playing until you connect storage again.
