4) In the event of a cancellation or postponement by the event organizers, the service provider will not be responsible or liable for refunding the convenience fee or the ticket price. The decision to refund the ticket lies solely with the organizer, based on their terms and conditions for the respective event. Any convenience fees or internet handling charges incurred during the ticket purchase will not be refunded under any circumstances by the ticketing partner TicketPrix. However, if the organizer decides to refund the full amount, including the convenience fee, they can initiate the refunds through their administration portal, provided that such a refund is covered in their event terms and conditions.
